Much thought was given to the homeowner’s needs when drawing up these floor plans. The lower level provides wide-open spaces for eating, gathering and relaxing. Expansive patio space is complimented by a screened porch and hearth area for entertaining larger groups. The master suite occupies the south wing of the home, providing a private sanctuary for the home owners.
The theme of the upper level is hospitality. Three guest bedrooms, each with adjoining bathrooms, are connected by a lofted sitting area and office space. Across the way, above the garage, is the private guest apartment. The “Dune Grass” was designed to entertain, leaving no guest without the comforts of home.
