Here is the third concept for
Wolverine World Wide's proposed Riverfront Development that
Visbeen Associates designed in partnership with
GMB Architecture+Engineering. Unlike the other two concepts, this design centers around a new building for a museum that would take visitors through the "Wolverine World Wide Experience," outlining the history of the company and a product trail. With ample green space, this concept includes a mountain bike challenge course, wetland restoration for fishing and kayaking as well as an amphitheater for community gathering and events. It incorporates the new construction of a retail outlet and conference center building from design concept #2 adjacent to a new, permanent location for the Rockford Farmer's Market.
